Key Challenges & Solutions
Clash Detection: Coordinated multi-disciplinary trades (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical) using Navisworks for Clash Detection, resolving conflicts prior to construction.
5D Estimation: Implemented BIM 5D methodologies to generate automated Schedules and Bill of Materials (BOM) directly from the model for precise cost estimation.
Complex Routing: Modeled complex conduit routing and panel schedules ensuring NEC compliance.
